Program Success and Outcomes

The Fast Track Reading Revolution has helped students from a wide range of backgrounds strengthen their reading skills.

Reported outcomes include:

  • Students who entered the program with little or no English-language proficiency were able to begin reading English after completing a six-week program.
  • Some high school students who were initially reading at second- or third-grade levels advanced to approximately sixth- or seventh-grade reading levels after six weeks of instruction.
  • Students continued to demonstrate improvement after their formal participation in the program ended.
  • Students participating in Supplemental Educational Services programs received pre- and post-assessments administered by trained and licensed educational professionals.
  • High school students enrolled in the program were evaluated annually using recognized pre- and post-assessment measures administered by a licensed school psychologist.
  • Note: of course, not all results are the same.

What Is the Fast Track Reading Revolution?

The Fast Track Reading Revolution is a structured, multisensory reading and language program based in part on principles associated with the Spalding Method.

The program combines phonics, spelling, handwriting, vocabulary development, grammar, reading, and comprehension. Its purpose is to help learners build strong decoding skills, improve reading accuracy, and develop greater confidence and independence.

Students learn through visual, auditory, tactile, and hands-on activities. Lessons are designed to move learners from basic sound recognition to word reading, syllabication, spelling, sentence structure, and reading comprehension.

Our Mission

Children’s University Achievement Corporation is a nonprofit organization established for charitable and educational purposes.

The organization is committed to expanding access to literacy instruction and educational opportunities for children, young people, and adults. Its programs are intended to support academic achievement, personal development, fine arts, sports, tutoring, and positive life choices.

We believe that every person should have the opportunity to learn to read, comprehend, and communicate in writing.

No child or adult should be denied access to the many personal, educational, and professional opportunities that literacy can provide. Strong literacy skills benefit individuals, families, communities, and the nation as a whole.
