There are no refund policies for free services or goods. Subscribers who offer donations will be allowed to return material, and supplies only within 30 days after receipt and given a full refund if said goods/supplies are in resell condition as determined by company CU staff. Original merchandise packaging must also accompany merchandise and be in resell condition as determined by CU staff. There are no refunds for assessments and/or assessment materials. No refund will be given to paid subscribers for online class participation after the second class. Notice to unsubscribe must be given by the end of the second class. Return instructions will be provided by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of donation.
